Martina Prebelová – Goodies from the housewife

I have been making home-made preserves for a long time, always trying new flavours, spices or combinations. In 2020, I was awarded the Novohrad regional label for my products, which I am very proud of. That gave me the confidence to keep going. And so new products such as home-made vegeta (herbal seasoning), ground home-made paprika or legume cultivation began to appear. We grow our own vegetables and fruit without the use of sprays or chemical fertilisers. In 2022, fruit rolls (100% fruit skin), vegetable chips and a variety of vegan crackers and yummies were added to the menu. At the same time, I am educating myself in the field of phytotherapy and herbs.
